WELCA, Tuesday, December 12
All women of St Peter’s are invited to attend our monthly WELCA events, September through April, the second Tuesday of the month in room #106 at 7:00 PM. May and June we meet at 6:30 PM.

December is our Christmas Tea Party.
Refreshments and fellowship after each meeting.

Sunday, December 31
Close out the year with us as our choir performs a Christmas Cantata in place of the sermon during our one service at 9:15 AM.

Sunday, November 27 – December 18, Advent Tree of Hope
Purchase an ornament for our Tree of Hope during the Advent Season. Proceeds from the purchase of an ELCA ornament will go to the world-wide ELCA Good Gifts project. Proceeds from the purchase of other ornaments will go the the Crossroads at St Paul’s Lutheran Church, Allentown.

Sunday, December 4, Christmas Ingathering Collection Sunday

We will be putting up the Christmas trees in the nave. Come join us for a fun time.

Sunday School Christmas Program, Sunday, December 11
The Sunday School will present their program during the 10:45 AM service.

Assemble cheer bags for Carolers going to our shut-ins.

Rudolph Shop, Sunday, December 18, 9:15 AM -10:30 AM
The Rudolph shop will be open during the Sunday School hour on December 20. Cost to purchase an item is 50 cents or one non-perishable food item. All proceeds will go to the Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank.

Donations of new or gently used items for gifts would be appreciated.  Suggestions are: For men – sports items, tools, lanyards; for kids/teens – craft kits, puzzles, games, sports); for women-scarves, gloves; household items, Christmas decorations.

Gift donations are needed as well as wrapping paper, bows, tape, name tags, ribbon as well gift wrappers and shopper assistants.

Immediately after the late service, we will put up the sanctuary candles for Christmas Eve. Join us for a time of fellowship.

Christmas Caroling to Home bound Members of the Congregation, Sunday, December 18, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Everyone is invited to join us to bring Christmas cheer to our home bound members.  Sign up in the east narthex.  After caroling, we will meet at the church for a make-your-own-sundae event.

If you knit, crochet, embroider, etc, please join us the last Tuesday of the month for some crafting and socializing.
